A body in motion stays in motion. If you don't have a plan for movement - you're less likely to get an activity into your day! So today's challenge is to PLAN a walk or some type of workout today.
Consider a workout or activity that you'd like to do. Then identify any challenges or roadblocks to actually doing that activity. Try to overcome these with good PLANNING!
If you are one of those individuals for whom exercise is not possible, consider seated jumping jacks, pointing and flexing your toes, gentle shoulder shrugs, and maybe some seated leg lifts and bicep curls.
You can always do something! Keep moving!
