To be clear - this is not a 'fasting' day - you'll still want to eat nourishing meals!
For your beverages, just brew a large batch of green tea, or take a few tea bags to work with you. Other than that, make sure you have ample amounts of clean, pure water.
Hydration helps keep your skin plump, your mucus membranes moist, and can even help maintain mental clarity.
It's just one day! You can do it. Just water and green tea (preferably UNsweetened!) Feel free to perform a tea ceremony to take the experience up a notch.
