Day 22 - Stretch 3 Areas - Neck, Core, Legs

Sitting for extended periods of time is so incredibly poor for our health that recent research has shown it can even decrease your lifespan.

So now is the perfect time to go ahead, send your arms overhead, press them against wall. Bend over your legs and hang out.

Sometimes we avoid stretching because it can be slightly uncomfortable, maybe even a bit painful to feel the stretching sensation. But don't we always feel so good afterward?
