Day 17 - Eat Green for St. Patrick's Day!

Eat 3 servings of naturally green foods today! It's day 17 of the March 30 day Mini Challenge and time to doff our hat to the St. Pat.

Choose 3 servings of any combination of naturally green foods. Unfortunately this does not mean green beer, green eggs or green river water (though we hope that wasn't on your radar at all - no giardia please!)

Green foods contain chlorophyll, which is rich in magnesium. Magnesium is a mineral cofactor in over 300 enzymatic process in the body, as well as a component of bone, teeth, and skin.

Eating green for luck may just work, and certainly it will work for health! Pick your favorite naturally green foods today!
