Day 8 - Skip any Fried Foods!


If you're like me and you live in the south - fried foods are just around nearly every corner.

Do your heart, gallbladder, and blood vessels a huge favor today and skip any and all fried foods, or foods prepared in more than 1/2" deep of a high temperature oil.

Fried foods include breaded items that are placed in a vat of heated oil to cook. This means fast food breaded chicken, fried chicken, french fries, fried shrimp, fried fish, country fried steak... you get the picture.
