Choose Two Healthy Snacks Today

A healthy snack can help you stay ahead of hunger during the day, and keep your head on straight when it comes to mealtime.

Select snacks that are fresh, wholesome, and preferably unprocessed or minimally processed.

Healthy Snack Ideas

- 1/2 sliced apple with 1tsp peanut butter (or nut butter of choice)

- 2 lowfat string cheese sticks

- 5 grapes with 4 cheese cubes (slide them on a skewer, alternating for fun!)

- Nut and fruit bar (Like a Kind Low Sugar Bar)

Tea Infused Energy Bar

- 1/4 cup pistachios

- 1 square of >70% dark chocolate and 5 almonds

- 1/2 sliced pear with 1 oz cheddar cheese

- 1/4 cup edamame (shells removed) with fresh bell pepper slices

- 1 small clementine sprinkled with coconut flakes and slivered almonds
